Hello, family and welcome to Mindcraft. My name is Stacey, and today I want to share a powerful idea about how to overcome mental and emotional hurdles. Today I want to be able to explain to you how to change your own mind, how to bring yourself out of a dark place. Stop negative thinking and create positive thinking in your mind and in your heart. Let me give you a story and you probably can identify with this I got home the other day just a few days ago. This is real life, and it has been a long day. I hadn’t eaten well, so I didn’t feel real well. And so I grabbed a quick bite to eat, sat down on the couch and ended up putting my feet up on the
couch, starting to lay down. And as I was attempting to try and close my eyes and fall asleep, I realized that I was playing a lot of negative tapes. I was thinking to myself like, Man, it wasn’t a good day, and I’m not sure if I’m going to be able to achieve that goal and I hope I don’t get behind. And next thing you know, my mind is just riddled with all of this negative thinking, and I’m one to catch myself. And that’s what’s important about this exercise. I need you to begin to catch yourself thinking negatively. And when you do, Here’s what you’re going to do. Here’s what you’re going to do to change your own mind. I immediately got up off the couch and I’m tired, but I said I am not going to go to sleep with all this negativity in my head. I can’t sleep. I can’t rest thinking this way. And so I got up and I started saying things to myself, like, it’s going to be okay. It’s going to be okay, Stacey. Everything’s going to be good. Everything’s going to be great. It’s going to work itself out. And after I said all the words that were just kind of in the forefront of my mind, I needed another resource.I needed something else to help me become more and more positive. And so I reached in my back pocket. I got my phone and I opened it up to some positive affirmations and I’m encouraging you to do exactly the same thing. There are millions of positive affirmations online.
Go and pull a list of positive affirmations, and do exactly this.
I got up and I started reading them simply as this,
I am doing my best.
I choose to be happy and to love myself today.
My possibilities are endless.
Today I’m going to be great.
I am talented and intelligent.
I am free of worry and regret.
My thoughts become my reality.
I am in love with myself and my body.
I am proud of myself.
I am becoming more confident.
Every day I believe in myself.
I will not worry about things that I can control.
I will be kind to myself. And others today,
I love myself. I’m grateful for all that I have.
And the next thing you know, I’m standing up in my living room, pouring positivity out to the universe I had in just three or four minutes went from dark doubt to bright light positivity. And that’s what we have to do every single day is we have to force-feed ourselves positivity. Why? Because the world loves misery and misery loves companies. That’s not the world we want to live in. We don’t want to live in the world where our mind is consumed by all of these troubles. And we tried not only to get our world done, but we also try to rep. It’s time, folks, to learn a new technique to develop yourself, get up and start speaking positivity. When I changed my own mind, I felt so good that there was no more need for a nap. I literally put my books on my computer on the Table. I opened it up, and I started working from a place of positivity. I’m encouraging you folks to no longer sit wallow or rest in negative thoughts. You can change your own mind by creating the affirmations or open up a page of affirmations and start stating them as though they are yours. This is the most profound exercise that I could offer you because I’m giving you a technique to change your own mind and to liberate your own spirit. This is Mindcraft.
