And so I got up and I started saying things to myself, like, it’s going to be okay. It’s going to be okay, Stacey. Everything’s going to be good. Everything’s going to be great. It’s going to work itself out. And after I said all the words that were just kind of in the forefront of my mind, I needed another resource.I needed something else to help me become more and more positive. And so I reached in my back pocket. I got my phone and I opened it up to some positive affirmations and I’m encouraging you to do exactly the same thing. You can change your own mind by creating the affirmations or open up a page of affirmations and start stating them as though they are yours.
